CICA inter-governmental forum promotes mutual trust and peace - deputy director

A forum of 28 countries, known as the Conference on Interaction and Confidence-Building Measures in Asia, has marked its 30th anniversary.

Chi Fang, the deputy director of the event, told RT's Marina Kosareva that the group is seeking to become a key player in the region.
