Salt dough is an age old recipe for making Christmas ornaments. The cinnamon takes the recipe up a notch by adding the scent of the holidays to the ornaments. These are fun to do with the family. I made salt dough ornaments with my kids and there friends when they were teenagers and we had a blast. It is a memory they still bring up from time to time. - Michele

1 C flour
1/2 C salt
1/2 C water
1-2 TB cinnamon

Instructions:
Preheat your oven to 250 degrees.
Combine all ingredients and roll into a ball of dough. Roll out the dough to 1/4 inch thick.
Cut out the dough into shapes using cookie cutters. Keep rolling out the small scraps of dough and make ornaments until the dough is all gone.
