Rough week getting back into the swing of things... But manage to get a solid week of training in the bag. Slowly pulling the diet back on track, but the world cup isn't making it easy.
Green Curry;
1. Bring the Coconut Milk to a boil...
2. Add Curry Paste
3. Add Coconut sugar (Normal sugar would do the job)
4. Add Shrimp paste (Anything salty would do the job, Fish sauce, salt)
5. Give it a taste and make sure it's how you want it...
6. Add Chicken
7. Add Egg Plant.
8. Cook for 15 mins (ish)
9. Add Fresh Basil
