Roasted Sulawesi Beef, Roasted Manado Chili, Goa Goa, Toppa Pepper, Boiled Beef

recipe:

1 kg beef, sliced
seasoning raw meat
Tamarind soaking water, 1 tablespoon turmeric powder, 4 tablespoons finely chopped palm sugar, 1 tablespoon salt.

ground spices:

6 cloves of garlic
5 shallots
1 galangal segment
1 piece ginger
1 segment of turmeric
1 slice of nutmeg
4 cloves
3 finely chopped lemongrass stalks
1 tablespoon cumin
1 tablespoon coriander
Finely chop 3 shallots, sauté until fragrant, and add ground spices.
Toppings are hash browns and fried peanuts of your choice.
