Sugar is an addictive drug!

Sugar is a drug, no matter what anyone tells you. It sends a dopamine signal to the addiction centers of your brain, just like cocaine, heroin, and meth. There are even MRI studies showing that those addicted to sugar kill off the same areas of their brain as meth, to the same extent as meth. Sugar is an addictive substance, but like any addiction it can be beaten and you will be better off for having done so.
