America's Tuesday Elections Suck - Manila Chan

The United States is the only Western democracy who does voting on a Tuesday. Most other countries across the world do weekend voting. This system is inherently racist: hourly workers are disproportionately black or brown minorities who cannot get time off to go vote. America's Tuesday voting makes no sense in the modern age and favors white-collar workers. Is it kept this way on purpose? Manila Chan thinks so.
