Suspect tased after running from traffic stop

A 38-year-old suspect was tased and arrested by officers after struggling with a Gwinnett County Police Officer during a traffic stop.
Officer Halladay with #DPD backed up a Gwinnett County Police officer who conducted a traffic stop on Pleasant Hill Road. Moments later, Officer Halladay saw the officer struggling with the passenger, jumped right in, and used his taser to stop the suspect!
The suspect was arrested and charged with multiple charges, including:
▪ Obstruction of a Law Enforcement Officer
▪ Possession of Methamphetamine
▪ Possession of a Firearm During a Felony
▪ Possession of a Firearm by a Convicted Felon
▪ Outstanding Warrant
