Australian Babies Case - justice for the very young

The Australian Babies Case is a significant legal case to be heard in the High Court. This is a case, which seeks justice for the very young. If successful, it has potential for international effect.

The legal team has regrouped and set a strategy. A hearing date is yet to be set, but the team is researched, briefed, and ready.

In this interview, with Co-Applicant Mark Neugebauer, we get an insight to his experience and motivations for being part of this very important case.

RE-GEN produced this to support the Applicants as our contribution to bring attention to the case and hopefully bring protection to the youngest children in our country. The innocent children. It is our hope that this matter can bring a legal remedy and other parties might be brought to account.
