Hi guys, here's my take on my favorite Sweet and Sour Fish. Easy to make and talagang masarap.
Sweet and Sour Fish
2 lbs Silk Snapper, fried
2 tbsp Lemon juice
2 tsp Fish sauce
1 medium-sized Red onion
3 cloves Garlic
1/2 tsp Salt
1/4 tsp Ground black pepper
1/3 C Pineapple juice
2 tbsp Brown sugar
3/4 C Water
1 C Carrots, julienned
1/2 C Green Bell pepper
1/2 C Red Bell pepper
