Stefan is an Ex Tank Gunner of British Armed Services that has seen Action on the Frontlines of Both 1st and 2nd Gulf Wars, Bosnia, Kosovo, The Balkans, Private Contract Work for the U.N. and Operations in Canada aswell during his 27 yrs in the Military!
He also Runs out of Plymouth England

And how Stefan uses his Training to get them on their Feet, Getting them to be A Part of a Team and Brotherhood again!
All the While, Healing from the Inside out!
But also getting the Veterans not only feeling like they Matter again and a Part of a Team, But Also Society Once More!

Stefan Also offers his Training Modalities to the Local Youth of Plymouth England too!
Helping them get away from Gang Life, Drugs, Alcoholism, and Abuses they also Suffer from in Home Life and Social Peer Groups, giving back in Essence to them and Giving these local kids something to strive for and Mind Body Spirit Training and Alignments to Keep them in a Positive Mindset to perpetuate them forward in Life!
What a Man What a Story of Life!
This is the Sort of Training Modalities that needs to be Rolled Out in a Global Scale to Help All Veterans and Youth alike!
