AirAsia SUCKS ... and this is WHY!

AirAsia sucks! Here's why.

Late November, just over 24 hours before scheduled departure, I was informed about a flight 'reschedule' - they don't use the word delay, that's negative. My flight was pushed back a massive five hours, and my arrival would now be late in the evening, something I hate!

The reason that my flight got pushed back five hours and then had an additional two hours of delay while at the airport was because my specific plane had a return flight between Jakarta and Denpasar added to start its day.

I tried to contact AirAsia through Twitter, Instagram, their IA chat bot through the app and website but I got NO RESPONSE at all for my simple question to be rescheduled to the other flight that originally departed later, but now earlier.

Fortunately they screwed up so bad, that the later flight also delayed. So by not communicating at all about anything, I was saved an even later arrival that night. So thank you, AirAsia I guess? Anyway, I'll fly with you soon because.. well, you're cheap.
