Troubleshooting Stream

I did a stream earlier in the day and it wasn't satisfactory, so I'm checking my settings and seeing what needs to be changed to smooth things out. First variable is time, since the connection could just be bad due to lots of people being on the web. Second variable is my recording and streaming software, since everything was smooth on my side, except for random stutters that the game had on account of it's newness. Third is my connection to Rumble. It may be that Rumble is not yet ready for high bit rate HD game streaming, in which case I'll have to adjust my expectations.
