Nigerians are no strangers to fuel scarcity. It has almost become a ritual. At least once a year, they endure long queues at filling stations or buy at higher prices at black markets. And in December, people spend a sizeable portion of their holiday hustling for fuel at filling stations. What's causing the fuel crisis in Nigeria? Louisa Olaniyi explains.
