Dr. Finlay - The Further Adventures of a Black Bag by A. J. Cronin
A BBC Radio series adaptation of more of A. J. Cronin's stories from the 1930's about Dr. Finlay, a General Practitioner in the fictional Scottish town of Levenford in the practice he shares with the elder partner Dr. Cameron, assisted by the more-than-able Nurse Janet.
The character and adventures of Dr. Finlay were originally broadcast on television from 1962 - 1971 and on radio from 1970 - 78. A new ITV television series was broadcast in 1993 and ran for four series.
This series was broadcast on BBC Radio 4 25 November - 30 December 2002.
