The driver, Mr. Chen, had forgotten to use the handbrake when he parked his car, and it slid down the steep road into the aquarium. A crane pulled the car out of the lake, and Mr. Chen requested that his insurance provider cover the cost of the repairs.

The car owner was shocked to see his car crash into the aquarium because he had forgotten to use the handbrake when parking. The driver stepped out to watch others go fishing but ten minutes later, the vehicle began moving on its own. It rolled down the steep road and eventually crashed into the aquarium.The surprised owner got up and turned around to see why his car had driven into the lake. According to local accounts, Chen was the driver of the crashed car. Because Mr. Chen parked his vehicle without using the handbrake, the car slid into the aquarium on its own.
