God is omniscient - we know this. So, does He really change His mind? According to the covenant God made with the Israelites in Deut. 30:19-20, we have two paths open to us: life and death, and blessing and curse. We are not changing God's heart. His heart for us is always goodness. We are simply choosing to change our path.
