‘She Was A Selfless Giver’: Andy Barr Remembers His Late Wife On The House Floor

On The House Floor Today, Rep. Andy Barr (R-KY) expressed his gratitude at the passing of the CAROL Act. His wife Carol passed away in 2020 and this bill sought to further research into cardiovascular conditions, like Carol Leavell Barr’s, to prevent other untimely deaths.
