These prove Labour do not care about the poor. If Labour people cared about the poor they would never have these in Labour council areas. They would never want to fine the poor so they end up with no money and have to use food banks. They do not care if people have huge fines and get desperate to get the cash. Even if a woman has to go on the game to get the cash to pay the fine rather than let her children starve. Do not ever dare tell me how Labour people care about the poor when Labour council ms have these.
