A Winning Process for Investing! #shorts

We decided to build a cash flow portfolio. And following the really the same methodology that we did when we were flipping houses, we started to acquire, buy them, fix them, rent them, and at that point, refinance them. And I think part of our success was built on the fact that we were fixing and renting houses that needed repair. We weren't just trying to go out and acquire real estate. We were creating value add. We were creating some sweat equity in each home.
