Russian shells damaged a water utility building and nearby homes in the recently recaptured Ukrainian city of Kherson on Tuesday, December 6, causing the death of at least one person, according to regional officials. The governor of Kherson Oblast, Yaroslav Yanushevich, said a 43-year-old employee died as a result of a blast. This footage shows emergency services tackling fires caused by the shelling, Yanushevich said. A body covered with a sheet is also depicted.
