Earth Meditation

This is a call to the global community for a weekly 5 minute meditation for Earth and its Life.

This meditation is to be done at 10 p.m. UTC.

We do not meet on Zoom, or here on YT. This video only serves as a guide for this Earth meditation. Please feel free to come back to it weekly if it brings you comfort and guidance.

With so much chaos, the hope is that together we can focus to bring love, light, and more to the Earth. The goal is to have thousands across the globe stopping for 5 minutes at the same time each week—at the above time, to bring light to suffering sentient beings.

Our music is 432 Hz frequency. The 432 frequency gives a person a strong relaxation sense. A 432 Hz frequency music ensures the brain is tuned to the Earth Frequency.
