Fire department call police due to massive fire

A peaceful gathering with a few peaceful attendees rallying against world tyranny and advocating for no amnesty results in the fire department arriving to put out the massive fire. However for some reason we must have scared them for they called in police back up, Yeah the police and firemen outnumbered the attendees
