Appalachian Wrestling Alliance from Gary, WV on July 13th, 1999 featuring challenger, Brian Logan, facing champion, War Machine, for the title. War Machine had won the title in Jan. 1999 in Bluefield, WV by defeating the Juicer for the belt. This event was part of the McDowell County Fair that year and was on a Tuesday night.
