My breathing technique’s are learned from traditional #Yoga Practices and also from The lceman" Wim Hof is a Dutch athlete and multiple Guiness World Record holder known for his ability to withstand extreme cold and other extreme challenges.

Breathing techniques have gained popularity in the past several years because of yoga teachers in the west as well as the wim hof method. There are no new techniques being taught from neither of these groups but instead they're all shining light on ancient techniques from yoga and buddhism with kind and Kindness.

Please breath through the nose. The breath count can vary and be adjusted to your preference. A general orientation is 21-41 breaths, which works well .

Also check out #StanislavGrof, this breath pattern is being done for up to 10-20 minutes without a break.

I recommend consulting a Health Care Practitioner first before doing any kind of extreme breathing exercise.
