SEC doesn’t enforce Securities laws so why would they enforce Crypto laws?

Everyone is screaming for regulations in the crypto markets but regulations means nothing if no one is going to enforce them The SEC has securities laws on the books that they refuse to enforce so why would they.enforce crypto laws?
