What is the art of joyology and when do we need to feel joy and happiness?

No doubt that sometimes our life choices has been decided by our parents not us, despite our desires and dreams.

My guest Pat, first began her education to become a nurse. However, she always wanted to be an artist.

Pat Armitstead in an exclusive interview for "Life The Battlefield" podcast explained how her career started as a nurse caring for people who have literally been "written off" and despite all odds Pat cared for those patients who later were able to walk out of the hospital.

Goes without saying that hospitals have so many departments however one department is missing.

Do you know which department is missing?

The "Department of Joyology" and in this interview you will discover why Pat decided to start the Department of Joyology".

Pat has been at the forefront of Transforming Workplace Wellbeing, presenting over 1000 keynotes internationally and facilitating Workplace Wellbeing Programs in business and health sectors. Initially a Registered General Nurse , she then worked for 11 years in advertising producing over 1000 TVC’s and freelancing as a journalist and camera person for all news networks, 20;20 and 60 Minutes.

Thank you Pat for being my guest and for being able to share your story from "Victim to Victor".
