4 grapefruits
4 oranges
4 lemons
4 liters diet tonic water or water

1) Cut fruit into quarters leaving the peel on.
2) Squeeze juices into pot and add fruit.
3) Add 3 liters of the tonic water or water
4) Cover and simmer for 2 hours.
5) Top off with remaining liter of tonic water/water.
6) Allow to cool, strain, and store in refrigerator.

Drink as much as you like. Pure vitamin C with Quinine. Enjoy!
