Ingredients :
1. 600-700g Potato
2. Potato Starch
3. Salt, pepper, Chili pepper powder, parmesan cheese powder
4. Mozzarella Cheese

-. If you do not have potato starch, you can use corn starch or the flour instead.
-. When you coat the potatoes with potato starch (salt, pepper...etc), if it is too dry, you can leave it for a while.
Water will come out from the potatoes and it will make the potatoes easily coated.
