• Probiotics
• Fermented foods
• A diverse diet

Keep your gut health by:
• Eating diverse foods
• Eating fermented foods except when on a low histamine diet
• Breastfeed atleast 6 months
• Take daily probiotics
• Reduce processed foods in your diet
