Unvaccinated New York City parents are still not allowed to go to their childrens' schools. The school system dubs them “unvaccinated families.” For these parents, it means they’re left out of important events and physically separated from their kids. This means no school plays, concerts, indoor sporting events, or in-person parent-teacher conferences.

I spoke to a mom named Yasmina Palumbo who couldn't attend her daughter's school concert. I also caught up with attorneys Bobbie Anne Cox and Rachel Rodriguez.
