2 cups carrots, peeled, chopped
2 1/2 cups cooked lentils
1 bell peppers, seeded and chopped
1 cup mushrooms, chopped
1 cups chopped onion
6 cloves of garlic, minced
6 cups reduced sodium vegetable, chicken, or beef broth
1 tbsp Italian seasoning
Salt and Pepper to taste
