The ote-ote recipe :

250gr flour
70gr rice flour
1 egg
Water 350ml
200gr shrimp or to taste
10 cloves of garlic
1/4 of cabbage
2 green onions
Celery to taste
1 carrot
200gr bean sprouts or to taste
1 tbsp salt
1 tsp pepper
1 tsp coriander
1 tsp mushroom stock
1 tsp baking soda

Peanut sauce recipe
250gr of peanuts
5 red chilies
5 bird's eye chilies
3 cloves of garlic
1 tsp shrimp paste
1 tbsp sugar
1 tsp salt
Vinegar to taste
