TODAY'S REAL LIFE COCKTAIL:
French 75

2 ounces London Dry Gin
3/4 ounce Fresh Lemon Juice (always use Meyer if you can find it)
3/4 ounce Simple Syrup
Good Champagne for topping up (don't be cheap)

Combine gin, lemon juice and simple syrup in a shaker
Hard shake over cracked ice
Pour into a flute glass and top up with champers
Enjoy...you hipster brat!
