American Collins

8 Bluberries
4 Pitted Bing Cherries
1/2 ounce fresh lemon juice
3/4 ounce Simple Syrup
2 ounces Bombay Sapphire Gin
Cold Club Soda

Muddle the fruit
Mix lemon juice, gin and simple syrup over cracked ice
Stir with vigor
Add to the muddled fruit
Serve in a Collins glass
Garnish with a lemon wheel
