Ten civilians are killed and 24 more wounded after Kiev's forces shell a city in Russia's Lugansk Republic. Local officials say a US-supplied artillery system was used in the attack.

(QS comment: The most expensive war crimes in the world, financed entirely by the public in the "liberal democracies". Himars rockets cost around $100,000 each. They are usually fired off in massive "cartridges" of 12 at a time. These weapons are intended to take out key enemy military positions, convoys and strategic military infrastructure. Instead they are used on an almost daily basis to bomb civilian-only regions and cities, killing and injuring only civilians in the streets, in city centre shops and in their homes in cities and villages.

It is rare that just one shelling happens in a day. Are USA and UK governments aware of this regular deployment of $1.2 million weaponry several times a day attacking only civilian regions and killing and injuring only civilians? They must be as these "shells" are being used up like telephone minutes. Thus if they are aware then they are entirely complicit in these cruel, deliberate, daily war crimes) See section B of this document (easy read) https://www.un.org/en/genocideprevention/war-crimes.shtml
