Oregon Measure 114. The measure that requires you to take a course that doesn't exist, to get a permit that doesn't exist and pay a fee to the state just to make an attempt at purchasing a firearm. As well as making any person carrying a magazine larger than 10 rounds a criminal. Is not ready to start because... you guessed it, those things that don't exist, yeah, they don't exist yet. So that's cool.
