Black People can't be criticized because it's "racist"

I think it's time that we are honest about the state of society today, the egotism & narcissism that exists especially in the black community, and how we're all being fed lies about what is true versus what's not. If you can't be criticized constructively then you can't grow & evolve. And how is a culture/society to grow if it's only being told it's amazing and oppressed? It CANNOT!
