Ingredients:

• 500g salmon
• 1/2 red bell pepper
• 1/2 yellow bell pepper
• 3 tomatoes
• 1 big onion
• 100ml palm oil
• 1 spoon of olive oil
• 30g capers
• Salt
• Saffron
• Black pepper
• Garlic

Method:

Cut the peppers, tomatoes, onion into medium pieces.

Grease a baking dish with olive oil, arrange the salmon pieces, sprinkle the spices on top. Put all the chopped ingredients in layers.

If necessary, you can add more salt, now put the capers and palm oil on top. If you prefer, you can finish with a little more olive oil.

Bake in a preheated oven at 200ºC and bake for 30 minutes, remove the foil and leave for another 10 minutes.

*The amount of ingredients will depend on the refractory and how many people will eat, then just increase!
