Sunday 4th Dec 2022, 0900 Wardance.... I will admit, it was a cold one, biting wind, low temperature and sea temp starting to drop now aswell.

The practice is as much about simply moving and letting go of conscious direction as it is any particular movement pattern...

As well as embracing the elements and signs of the living world around you...

Ultimately none of it matters, as when you give yourself up fully and allow your animal aspect to possess you completely, when the red mist and berserker rage overcomes you, when time seems to slow.... you are far beyond conscious thought - you become as the right hand of the AllFather and an instrument of His divine RAGE...
