I never thought to try this. To answer the question, Yes these did ripen from green. It took about 2 weeks. I didn’t intend on even making a video about this. I don’t really want to taste them again, because they are screaming hot. I only picked them green so they wouldn’t go to waste and my mom wanted some for a spray. These are Red Scorpion Peppers. Top 5- 10 for heat.
