About 20 residential buildings damaged amid shelling in Zaporizhzhia Region

About 20 residential buildings were damaged following shelling in Gulyaipole, Zaporizhzhia region, according to the regional office of the National Police of Ukraine.

Footage filmed on Friday features damaged residential buildings as well as local shops and debris on the streets.

According to local media citing police of the Zaporizhya region, one resident was killed, three injured as a result of the attack.

Two houses are said to have been damaged in Stepnogorsk following artillery shelling.

Russian Armed Forces are believed to have also targeted the Zaporozhtransformator factory in the city of Zaporizhzhia where units of the Armed Forces of Ukraine (AFU) are located, according to the chairman of a pro-Russian 'We are together with Russia' collaborationist organization, Vladimir Rogov.
