This Public Park Needs Help

In Louisiana, there is a Park in New Orleans that the Parish of Jefferson has a sliver of, but has to access it through New Orleans. There is State money, federal money, and local money available to maintain it, but a small portion of it is in horrible decay. There are lots of ideas of why this is happening, but Charles Marsala is calling on citizens, elected officials, and community leaders in the area in a positive way to find solutions and get motivated to clean it up. He explains it in his short interview and talks about his website where anyone can see more about his efforts and the history of this area at retifpark.org.
