Being able to judge others?

When you are spiritually free and walking in obedience, you are ready to judge. This applies to words spoken to you by people, and by the enemy. Also, it does include other Christians in order to fulfill Psalm 27:17, "Iron sharpens iron, and one man sharpens another."
