Kharkiv region:

The RF Armed Forces attacked the territory of the Kommunar plant in Kharkov and hit the 12th workshop, where the components of the Neptune anti-ship systems were assembled and 18 finished missiles were stored. The building was almost completely destroyed. In the next coming month, RF forces will start focusing more on the city of Kharkiv.

Starobelsk direction:

The Armed Forces of Ukraine unsuccessfully tried to cross the Zherebets River in the area of ​​​​the settlements of Novovodyanoe and Torskoye. The enemy retreated to their original positions after precise strikes by Russian artillery.

The Ukrainian command transferred part of the forces from the Kherson direction to strengthen the group of troops in the Liman-Svatovsky sector. Russian are planning on retaking the areas lost in the late summer campaign. Ukraine Armed Forces are being spread thinner and thinner to support the front line. President Zelesky accounced fifth general mobilization, the UA forces are also planning to draft female fighters.

Soledar direction

In the Bakhmut sector, assault detachments of Wagner PMCs are advancing in the area of ​​​​an asphalt plant on the southeastern outskirts of Bakhmut. A fortified area is being equipped at the champagne factory located in the area.

On October 20, units of the Ukrainian 53rd mechanized brigade attempted a counterattack on Ivangrad from the side of Opytny and Kleshcheevka. The attack was repulsed: according to confirmed data, 23 people were killed of the Armed Forces of Ukraine.

The enemy command continues to form a strike force in Chasovoy Yar and Konstantinovka with the aim of counteroffensive in all directions.

Russian troops advance in the areas of Ternova, Belogorovka, Zolotarevka, Krasny Lyman, Soledar, Otradovka and Pervomayskoye as Russian Forces are focusing their efforts on reaching the administrative borders of the Donetsk region and capturing the territory from Ukrainian forces.

Ukranian forces make failed attempt to breach defense line in the north of Terny, also Donetsk region, THWARTED by Russian artillery who are supported by prepared reconnaissance and special forces on the front line.

Zaporozhye direction

In preparation for the offensive, the command of the Armed Forces of Ukraine transferred additional units to the line of contact, as well as in the vicinity of Zaporozhye.

Assault detachments of the 65th brigade of the Armed Forces of Ukraine conducted reconnaissance in combat at the Orekhovsky area. Russian troops repulsed the attack and pushed the enemy back to their original positions.

Southern Front: Nikolaevsko-Berislavsky section

At the Berislav sector, the Armed Forces of Ukraine are replenishing the losses of personnel and equipment after the failed offensive on October 19. The Ukrainian command is rotating and preparing for the next attack on the positions of the Russian Armed Forces on the Sadok-Pyatikhatki-Dudchany line.

On the night of October 21, Ukrainian HIMARS MLRS fired cluster munitions at a crossing with civilians near the Antonovsky bridge in Kherson. One person died and several more were injured. The next day, the APU attacked the object again resulting in the death of two war reporters and cilivian injuries.

The RF Armed Forces launched a missile attack on the point of temporary deployment of the Armed Forces of Ukraine on the territory of the Yuzhny sanatorium in Nikolaev.
