How To Get Rid Of Allergies || Tips That Work Like Magic

Have you been struggling with allergies? This has been my physical issue for 30 years. I used to require 7 rounds of antibiotics each year. It seemed like I barely got off antibiotics, barely recovered my gut, and then started all over again!

At one point, I looked at possible triggers for my allergies. I found limiting some foods really helped. And with allergy testing, I found environmental triggers. I try to limit those, but it is tricky.

We often turn to prescription medicines to help with allergies. They WORK, and they also bring a lot of side effects.

It's possible to REDUCE or ELIMINATE some prescription allergy meds by using other treatments like yoga, sound therapy, and supplements. Being hydrated is a big plus for managing allergies, all which I chat about in this video.
