Why you're able to become a national

This video I go over the human rights declaration that the United States signed with many other countries. This is important to understand because this is why you're able to change your status as an American. Although there are many other factors involved in this such as the State citizen has never been abolished since there is still a constitution. And other factors but here's one of the reasons why it sticks.
