Furniture Finish & Wood Finishing Tips and Techniques

When building things from wood, that last step is applying some sort of a finish to help protect and preserve the wood, and in many cases to enhance the look. Because this process can take as long as the building of the project with most of the time taken up waiting for the top coat to dry, I often glaze over the steps without going into too much detail. This video is details the steps I use for almost every finish I apply including Osmo, Varnishes, Tung Oil and more, to the wood projects I build.
