Ukraine Sitrep

Starobelsk direction:

In the Kupyansky sector, units of the 14th Ombre of the Armed Forces of Ukraine made an unsuccessful attempt to storm the Russian positions in Orlyanka, Pervomaisky, Tabaevka and Berestovoy. Russian artillery struck at the Ukrainian formations, forcing them to retreat with losses to their original lines.

On the Svatovsky sector, the AFU tried to storm Stelmakhivka and Makeevka. Russian troops repulsed the attack, the units of the Armed Forces of Ukraine were forced to withdraw.

In the Limansky sector, assault detachments of the 3rd battalion of the 66th mechanized brigade of the Armed Forces of Ukraine attacked the positions of the RF Armed Forces near Krasnopopovka. Russian units repulsed all enemy attacks, forcing AFU to retreat with significant losses in personnel and equipment.

Soledar direction:

Positional battles continue on the outskirts of Bakhmut , Soledar and Opytnyy.

Donetsk direction:

Units of the RF Armed Forces continue their attack on Ugledar. Russian servicemen cleared the heights and began the assault on the village of Pavlovka. By the end of the day, the RF Armed Forces had established control over half of the village, and fighting continued on the northern outskirts of the village.

Another direction of the offensive of the Russian troops was Novomikhailovka. The fighters of the RF Armed Forces captured the dominant heights to the south of the settlement and advanced in the direction of the village of Vodyanoye.

Units of the Russian Armed Forces continue the operation to reach the flank of the Armed Forces of Ukraine in Avdiivka. Russian military personnel are completing the cleansing of Vodyanoy and the capture of Opytnyy, after which they will continue to move north.

The command of the Armed Forces of Ukraine is gathering additional forces to contain the advance of the RF Armed Forces. On the sector of the front, the AFU involved tactical and army aviation, and also transferred the DRG to the Yegorovka area to attempt sabotage in the rear of the Russian army.

Zaporozhye direction:

The command of the Armed Forces of Ukraine continues to transfer personnel and armored vehicles to forward positions in the Belogorye-Charivnoye region. On the entire sector of the front, Ukrainian formations are deploying complexes to counter Russian UAVs.

Southern Front: Nikolaev-Berislav direction

The Ukrainian command continues to prepare for the offensive along the entire front line. At the same time, Russian units are carrying out measures to strengthen the defense line.

Russian, special forces and airborne units repelled another attack on the Davydov Brod-Berislav road.

The RF Armed Forces attacked AFU positions in Nikolaev, Belyaevka and Shevchenkovka. At night, Russian troops hit the training center for special operations forces of the Armed Forces of Ukraine in Ochakovo, from where the attack on October 29 on the Sevastopol Bay was coordinated.
