A US Navy aircraft carrier has docked in Singapore for the first time in about three years. The USS Ronald Reagan -- last here in 2019 -- made the stop after a recent security operation in the South China Sea. This comes amid rising tensions in the area over sovereignty claims by several countries, including China. The vessel is staffed by some 4,500 personnel. The crew will spend the next few days in Singapore, while the nuclear-powered carrier replenishes supplies.
