Without getting into the politics or making a judgment on them, there is a LOT we can learn from the most recent mid-term elections where over $8.9 BILLION was spent to market ideas and people to voters. I found 3 lessons that we all can apply to my business that I wanted to share:

1. Anything of value will take hard work;
2. The power of identify and belonging; and
